| Mr. Kamlendra Srivastava is the Managing Director and CEO of CCRL since December 2024. He has 30+ years of experience in the effective running of enterprises. His previous assignments have been with large and reputed organisations at senior levels including NAFED, Food Corporation of India, MMTC Limited, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and ICICI Bank among others. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad holding Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agriculture), he also holds B. Tech. in Agriculture Engineering from University of Allahabad. He is also a Certified Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and a SAP Certified Functional Consultant in Total Supply Chain Management. |

He is B.Sc (Horticulture) graduate and has done MBA in Agribusiness from Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Pune in 2007. |

| Shri Amol Pandav is Head – Operations. He has over 18 years of experience in various Operational domains of different products, warehousing operations, commodity Exchange operations, logistics, supply chain management, electronic receipt, warehuose stock audit, Depository Participant (DP) audit and life insurance management. His past assignments included responsibilities at National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), National Commodities Management Services Limited (NCML) and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. He joined CCRL in Apr-2017 since the inception of the Company. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University (Bhavans College) and a Master’s degree in Operations Managaement. |

She has also worked in star-up organizations which require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She is a qualified Company Secretary with B.Com. from Mumbai University (Mithibai College) and LLB from Mumbai University (Jitendra Chauhan College of Law). |
